A mixture of digital and analogue images capturing the final preparations & soft launch of Dongnae, sister restaurant to Bristol’s cult restaurant Bokman from chef duo Duncan Robertson & Kyu Jeong Jeon. They’re serving authentic flavours of Korean barbecue from Kyu’s upbringing in Seoul, cooked over charcoal and paired with a carefully selected list of natural wines & Korean beers. Artwork on the walls is by Woojin Joo & is inspired by East asian mythology & folklore. The ever talented Liam Rush Designs fitted out the restaurant, with attention to detail throughout.
